His extensive knowledge is complemented by a variety of IT certifications, which reflects the companies commitment to staying current in this rapidly evolving field. With a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications, he is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. His enthusiasm for problem-solving and collaboration drives him to continuously improve our services and contribute to our team's success. 

Ramen leads all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and team leadership. By developing and implementing innovative strategies, he strives to drive business growth, expand service offerings, and explore new markets. He prioritizes cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. By staying informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, he continuously seek opportunities to enhance our services and maintain Telspace Solutions LLC's competitive edge.

As a Senior Executive, Michelle brings an experienced background from 24 years of military service as a retired US Army SGM.  She has an extensive background working with private companies involving government contracts since her retirement from the military in 2013.  She has worked with a WOSB, small 8a company, and a Hawaiian Native Super 8a over the last 10 years.  Michelle will play a critical role in coordinating and managing all operational activities for Telspace.  She has a master’s in leadership (MSL) and is currently seeking a GovCon certification.  

Michelle will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, improving processes, and driving growth.  She is performance driven and dedicated leader with a proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
